During the Branch Manager workshop, we will cover over 16 elements during 4 key sections throughout the day, broken down into a logical sequence.
This workshop is for those who are in control of the processes and the team (or building the team), and covers all areas which lead to getting the job done and get the business hitting those targets. You'll also be shown how you can get and manage the right people in the right positions.

What Do We Cover?
BUILD FOR PROFIT
In section 1, we will look at why letting agencies do not make as much profit as they should and what can be done about it. We also cover managing liability and the unnecessary risks letting agents take, how to manage, monitor and value your teams time, and how to focus on building the profitability of the business by working smarter.
BUILD THE TEAM
In section 2, we identify how to build the team you need for success... How to recruit A-players and identify those in your team that may need
support, or moving on, plus how to get the best out of the team members you have. We also look at how to identify time drain and free tasks, that probably shouldn’t be being done plus ideas for motivation, bonuses, and building a team culture (with a goal to reaching and hitting targets).
GENERATE BUSINESS
In section 3 we look at all the tools there are for a letting agency branch to generate new business and fresh leads, whilst also looking at how a manager can bring the team together and hustle, plus how to generate leads from cold ads (cold calling). We also cover the new concept of Conversion Conversations and how there needs to be a whole armory of different conversations with different lead types nowadays to generate quality valuations. Learn to think all whilst making the same effort, and discover a lot more revenue can be generated.
MANAGE THE PROCESS
In section 4, we pull it all together and we look at how you with a common dashboard, manage, monitor, and work together as a team to the common shared goal. We'll look at management department reports, branch performance reports, and how to complete and read these. We also look at the best way to construct the meeting rhythm in a lettings business and how these can be run to get real effective feedback and results.

DAWN BENNETT
Dawn started her property career in Estate Agency in 2003 and moved to residential lettings in 2007, quickly working her way up through the ranks within Sally Lawson’s business to Senior Negotiator, Lettings Manager. Then in 2011, went on to own Concentric Letting Agency.
Dawn now oversees the general operations and compliance within the GROUP of companies, across the Letting Agency Branches, the White label management hub, and also acts as Coach and mentor to the Agent Rainmaker Network.
