A message from Sally
Congratulations on already taking ACTION. If you are reading this it means 
you are in the room with me and about to join our Agent Rainmaker Growth Programme.

I’m not going to try to re-sell it to you, because by now you should already 
know whether you feel that I can add value to your business or not and whether you just KNOW there is more that can be done with your business to make it literally EXPLODE, like in the examples I’ve shown you. I personally hope we will be working together soon and you will be in our ‘Hall of Fame’ for HUGE successes sometime in the near future. 
But WHERE did this all start?
Well, I’m sure after spending a day with me you can see that I am PASSIONATE about helping people like YOU, lettings agents big and small from wherever they are across the country, helping them to grow, thrive and build amazing businesses. But I’ll be honest, after 28 years in this industry, I cannot believe the level of criticism and press lambasting we are getting from every angle – just for doing an awesome job. In my years working with agents across the country, I have met thousands of wonderful people sacrificing their own happiness and personal time, trying to deliver exceptional services for what seems like little respect or return and, to me, this is just WRONG!
It’s time to TURN THE TIDE...
So, two years ago I set about making a difference. I started gathering agents together to discover NEW ways of working, different ways to promote our businesses, motivate and manage our teams, GROW our businesses, deliver exceptional services, make more money AND have a life for ourselves too. Much more than that... to get our FREEDOM back AND be able to have time to make a difference to others along the way by creating IMPACT and LEGACY.
WHAT WAS BORN WAS AGENT RAINMAKER... 
Agent Rainmaker is a collection of super motivated, on a mission letting agents, determined to make a difference to their businesses, their staff and teams, their customers and the industry as a whole, by working together NOT against each other. And the result? Agents are achieving MASSIVE growth figures, doubling and trebling their businesses... all by working together. 

Through a combination of meetings, Facebook groups, training sessions and much more, we have created a movement. A movement that is transforming letting agency business owners lives, focusing on reducing their workload, getting into the numbers that make the business tick, empowering and motivating their teams and creating strategies that will transform and grow the most established businesses and the new starts alike.
