Sally Lawson started her letting agency in 1990, then launched a franchise in 2010 and now coaches letting agents across the UK. Sally is a highly respected and sought after speaker, speaking at national conferences and events UK wide, headlining with other speakers such as James Caan,  Justin King and Karen Brady to name a few. Sally is also a best selling author but gets her political insight from her position as president of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and sitting on the board of ARLA property mark, meaning she is always up to date with current affairs and current opinion. Dawn is a regular speaker at events, sits on numerous boards, panels and councils for the Private Rented Sector and local councils and is a formidable force both locally and legally, challenging many solicitors and legal advisor on key housing law points in repossession cases and winning due to the depth of her knowledge.
